Purchasing Options
Romney Shop products may be purchased by the following methods:

• Shop and Buy Online using our Online Shopping Cart. Credit Card payments only.
• Order by Mail using the printable Order Form. Complete the form with your selections and all requested information. Payment may be made by Credit Card, Check, or bank draft.
• Order by Fax: Print our Order Form. Complete the form with your selections and all requested information. FAX the completed form to : (410) 761-7807. Credit Card payments only.
• Order by Phone: Make your selections and give us a call at (888) 467-9001 or (410) 761-7805 between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm eastern time. Credit Card payments only. All overseas orders must be placed by telephone.

Payment
Romney Shop accepts VISA, Master Card, and American Express; personal checks and bank drafts. Orders placed Online, Faxed, or placed by phone must be paid by Credit Card. To pay by check or bank draft, please order by mail.

Online Credit Card transactions are processed through Authorize.Net. More information can be found at www.authorizenet.com.

Shipping
Romney Shop ships orders by UPS as quickly as possible. Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the order and will be as shown during the checkout process. Shipments outside of the United States are subject to additional charges. UPS Ground shipments are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days of shipping date. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.

Customers may also choose UPS Second Day Shipping or UPS Overnight Shipping at a premium. Orders shipped by UPS Second Day will arrive the second day after order fulfillment, not after order placement. Orders shipped by UPS Overnight will arrive the day after order fulfillment, not order placement.

Back Orders
Should an item be out of stock when you place your order you will be notified by e-mail that the item is on back order along with an estimated time of when we expect to have the item back in stock. You may at your option wait for the back order or cancel that item. If you cancel the item, credit will be issued to your credit card immediately. When the item is replaced in our inventory we will ship your back order.

Returns
Defective merchandise can be returned for the same item or full credit within 7 days. Romney Shop will reimburse customer for shipping costs for returns of defective merchandise. All merchandise, including all enclosed material, must be returned in the original box. Be sure to return the merchandise in such a way that it is not damaged. Before returning any merchandise you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by sending an e-mail to our Office Manager at the following address: .
